Everyone’s talking about high fructose corn syrup. There are commercials on TV. There have been lengthy articles written about it. I even saw a spoof about it on Saturday Night Live. One group says it’s detrimental to your health, the other says it’s not. (Although I find it interesting that no one says it’s good for you, just “fine in moderation”) So who do you believe? In a world where it seems all people care about is lining their own pockets, who do you trust? After reading several articles on both sides of the issue, I decided to try a little experiment. I’m going to spend the next week getting rid of anything in our house that has HFCS in it. Then I will go 30 days without it and see if I notice any difference in how I feel.
